Gyandeep Self Help Group (SHG) is a community-based initiative operating under Gyandeep National Youth Council of India (GNYCI) – NGO Unit, associated with Gyandeep Jankalyan Shikshan Sanstha – NGO and Progyandeep Education & Technology Private Limited. The initiative is dedicated to the development, empowerment and self-reliance of women in rural areas.
Gyandeep Self Help Group (SHG) एक समुदाय-आधारित पहल है, जो Gyandeep National Youth Council of India (GNYCI) – NGO Unit के अंतर्गत तथा Gyandeep Jankalyan Shikshan Sanstha – NGO और Progyandeep Education & Technology Private Limited से संबद्ध होकर ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों की महिलाओं के विकास, सशक्तिकरण एवं आत्मनिर्भरता के लिए कार्य करती है।
The initiative aims to bring rural women together, strengthen their financial and social independence, develop entrepreneurial skills and create sustainable livelihood opportunities.
इस पहल का उद्देश्य ग्रामीण महिलाओं को एकजुट करना, उनकी आर्थिक एवं सामाजिक स्वतंत्रता को मजबूत करना, उद्यमिता एवं कौशल का विकास करना तथा स्थायी आजीविका के अवसर उपलब्ध कराने में सहयोग करना है।
Through collective participation, skill development, awareness and income-generating activities, Gyandeep Self Help Group works to help women become confident, capable and self-reliant.
सामूहिक सहभागिता, कौशल विकास, जागरूकता एवं आय-सृजन गतिविधियों के माध्यम से Gyandeep Self Help Group महिलाओं को आत्मनिर्भर, सक्षम, जागरूक एवं सम्मानजनक जीवन जीने में समर्थ बनाने की दिशा में कार्य करता है।

1. Women Empowerment | महिला सशक्तिकरण
We encourage rural women to actively participate in economic, social and community activities and develop confidence in decision-making.
हम ग्रामीण महिलाओं को आर्थिक, सामाजिक एवं सामुदायिक गतिविधियों में सक्रिय रूप से भाग लेने तथा निर्णय लेने में आत्मविश्वासी बनने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करते हैं।
2. Skill Development | कौशल विकास
Women are encouraged to acquire practical and vocational skills that can help them create employment and self-employment opportunities.
महिलाओं को ऐसे व्यावहारिक एवं व्यावसायिक कौशल सीखने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया जाता है, जिससे वे रोजगार एवं स्वरोजगार के अवसर विकसित कर सकें।
3. Livelihood & Entrepreneurship | आजीविका एवं उद्यमिता
We promote small-scale entrepreneurship and income-generating activities to help women build sustainable sources of income.
महिलाओं को स्थायी आय के स्रोत विकसित करने में सहयोग देने के लिए छोटे व्यवसाय, उद्यमिता एवं आय-सृजन गतिविधियों को बढ़ावा दिया जाता है।
4. Financial Awareness | वित्तीय जागरूकता
We promote awareness about savings, financial planning, responsible borrowing and effective financial management.
हम बचत, वित्तीय योजना, जिम्मेदार ऋण व्यवहार एवं प्रभावी वित्तीय प्रबंधन के प्रति जागरूकता बढ़ाने का प्रयास करते हैं।
5. Group-Based Development | सामूहिक विकास
By working together, members can share knowledge, experience and resources while developing mutual support, responsibility and leadership.
सामूहिक रूप से कार्य करने से सदस्य ज्ञान, अनुभव एवं संसाधनों को साझा कर सकती हैं तथा आपसी सहयोग, जिम्मेदारी एवं नेतृत्व क्षमता को मजबूत कर सकती हैं।

Gyandeep Self Help Group follows a community-oriented and participatory approach. Women are encouraged to come together, identify their needs and opportunities, participate in group activities and work towards common economic and social goals.
